Updated 2017 Honda CR-V Debuts

In case we haven’t mentioned this enough over the course of the last several months, the Honda CR-V is proving to be a popular vehicle in the auto industry, which means the Honda brand probably could have done very little for the new model year version of the vehicle and still enjoyed plenty of success. However, the automaker is never one to sit on its laurels, which means they actually have introduced some nice features in the new 2017 Honda CR-V, soon to be available to drivers in San Diego, CA at Pacific Honda in the coming months.

In terms of aesthetics, the 2017 Honda CR-V gets fresh styling intended to look more aggressive and sporty while maintaining the inoffensive class of last year’s version of the crossover. It gets a longer wheelbase, dual exhausts, and a longer hood, all of which combines for a classy new look.

The 2017 Honda CR-V also will offer a turbocharged engine option with the introduction of a turbo inline four-cylinder powerplant capable of producing upwards of 190 hp. The extra power added to the new aerodynamics makes for a little better performance, which is great for customers visiting our Honda dealers in search of the latest and greatest in new SUVs.

Finally, there’s plenty of technology to satisfy any tech fanatic, with the integration of standard Honda Sensing safety technology on all trims EX and up, as well as the integration of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for the slick infotainment system.

The Honda CR-V has been a huge seller in the industry for quite some time now, and we have every expectation that these updates will do nothing to put that streak in jeopardy.
