Here at Pacific Honda, it is very important to us that all of our San Diego Honda customers feel 100 percent comfortable when they’re shopping for a new automobile, which is why we have worked so hard over the years to assemble a staff featuring several associates who are fluent in Spanish.
To have a business in a place like San Diego, CA is a true blessing, not only because of the yearlong beautiful weather but also because the people here and their cultures are so delightfully diverse. In boasting so many Spanish-speaking sales associates, we hope to ensure that everybody in search of a good buying experience gets it. Truly, there is nothing we’d like more.
In fact, both of our sales managers are fluent in Spanish. New Car Sales Manager Steve Gerardi, for example, is a 19-year employee that speaks Spanish, while our Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Jose Rodriguez, is an 11-year employee who does the same. There are other sales associates who are fluent in Spanish, as well, including Diego Molina, Pierre Gonzales, Alex Orloff, and Eugene Mendoza in the new sales department, and Gustavo Guardiola in the pre-owned sales department.
In other words, this isn’t a situation where there are just one or two fluent Spanish speakers on staff and Spanish-speaking customers have to hope one of them is working to properly explain what they want in a new Honda vehicle. If we are open, a Spanish speaker is available to help whomever would rather speak in that language, and we hope that goes a long way toward making our customers feel happy and comfortable in dealing with their friendly neighborhood Honda dealers.
