The J.D. Power & Associates Dependability study is an invaluable tool for consumers looking into buying a used or certified pre-owned vehicle, and the good news for those consumers over the course of the last few years has been that dependability has been on the rise.
This year, the industry average score for dependability dropped, however, which is all media has really focused on in terms of what’s relevant in the new study. We here at Pacific Honda feel like it’s worth pointing out that Honda was one of only a few automakers to actually see dependability scores improve for 2014.
