Production 2019 Honda Insight Debuts

The Honda brand long has considered itself a green-conscious brand in the entire industry, and the fascinating history of the Honda Insight is a big reason why. One of the first mass-produced hybrid vehicles in history, the first-generation Honda Insight still is one of the most fuel-efficient gasoline-powered car available in the U.S. without plug-in capability.

Twenty years later, the redesigned 2019 Honda Insight, which recently debuted in production form at the New York International Auto Show, is even more impressive. Now a premium compact sedan, the Honda Insight is one of the sleekest and most sophisticated Honda cars in existence, and it features better efficiency and performance than any iteration that came before it.
