Q: When are you open?

A: Our Honda service center opens up at seven in the morning Monday through Saturday. It closes at 6:30 on weekdays and at five on Saturday. So it's easy to drop your car off before or after work, or on a weekend when you're not too busy. Holders of our PAC Plus card can also take advantage of extended hours occasionally.

Q: What's the PAC Program?

A: Our Preferred Auto Customer program provides a number of benefits, including some for our Honda service center. You'll get a 10% offer on service and parts, quick check-ins, early-bird drop-offs, and loaner vehicles or shuttle services that can get you to where you need to go. Q: Do you handle recalls?

A: Yes! If you get a recall notice for your vehicle, we're ready to handle it. We'll make it easy to get the repair work done and we'll make it as quick as possible.

Q: Do you use official Honda parts?

A: Of course we do. We only use genuine Honda parts. Generic components can seem like a good deal sometimes, but they don't stand the test of time like our OEM parts do.

Q: When do I need a new battery?

A: Your battery helps your car start and is one of the components we get questions about a lot. We'll test the charge of your battery and make sure that the San Diego heat hasn't taken its toll, and if it has we'll help you find a reliable replacement.

Q: Can you help me find new tires?

A: We don't just help you find new tires, we offer all types of tire service. From repairs to rotations, we'll help your tires last as long as possible.
