Summer Camps in San Diego, CA

Summer is an amazing time to be a kid. For most San Diego Honda customers, an overwhelming majority of their positive memories came during those summer months away from school thanks in large part to the existence of public swimming pools, ice cream trucks, and of course summer camps.

Here at Pacific Honda, we encourage our customers to get their kids involved in as many summer camps as they reasonably can, not only because vehicles like the 2018 Honda Odyssey and 2017 Honda CR-V practically were made to transport kids to and from events like this, but also because the San Diego, CA area just so happens to offer a whole lot in the arena of summer activities.

Here are a few of our favorites:

San Diego Zoo Summer Camps – At this camp, kids get to interact with rhinos, giraffes, and meerkats and get up close and personal with cheetahs. It’s a great way for kids interested in animals to get closer to them than they ever have.

Ballet Camps – If your child likes to dance, there are a number of great ballet camps available, including those offered by the California Ballet School, City Ballet, and San Diego Civic Youth. All vary in price and duration, but each offers plenty of benefit to kids who want to foster their love of the arts over the summer.

San Diego Natural History Museum Camps – There are several different offerings at The Nat this summer to get children more contact with science and nature. It’s a really exciting way to get even more out of one of the best museums in the city.
