Test Drive the 2019 Honda Odyssey

Sometimes you just need the right tool for the job. SUVs were, and remain, popular with San Diego drivers because they do a lot of the same things a minivan can, but don’t look like minivans. If you like the space but are iffy about the looks, try the 2019 Honda Odyssey at Pacific Honda. It’s a minivan that actually has a sense of style.

After last year’s redesign, there really wasn’t much to add to the 2019 Honda Odyssey. The engine still gives you a maximum of 3,500 pounds of towing capacity* thanks to its 280 horsepower. That power, along with improved design and suspension, gives you a ride that feels more like an SUV than a minivan.

Minivans are popular family vehicles, and the Honda Odyssey offers more than most. Once you’ve tried the Magic Slide seats, you won’t know how you lived without them; they reconfigure easily so you can make the most of your available space whether you’re hauling family or cargo. If you’ve got children, pets, or anyone else prone to make a mess, you’re sure to love the HondaVac vacuum. And if you’re sick of yelling, “Don’t make me come back there!” you’ll be thankful for the CabinTalk feature. It lets your voice be heard through the cabin speakers or headphones plugged into the infotainment system, so you don’t have to strain to be heard.

Other features of note include the Honda Sensing™ safety suite (only available on the EX trim and higher), and the ability to do more with smart devices and apps via Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™.

And if you try the Honda Odyssey and decide it’s not to your liking, we’ve got plenty of other family-friendly vehicles among our new Honda SUVs and cars. Whether you want compact and capable (the Honda HR-V) or spacious and versatile (the Honda Pilot), Pacific Honda has you covered. Visit us at 4761 Convoy St. in San Diego, CA or call 858-694-1000 to arrange your test drive!

*Some capacities and features vary by trim. Speak to your San Diego Honda dealer for full details.

  1. Nice van, I have a little older version of this car and I often have to exchange something in it as if it is not braking, if it were not http://asczesci.pl/czesci-samochodowe/honda I would go bankrupt but fortunately I have a friend shop with parts, I do not know if I would like to renew the purchase of this car with a new version.

  2. SUV the best option for the family. No ordinary station wagon or anything like that. I have a minivan myself, but I'm about to change the Honda machine soon.
