Honda Named "Best Value Brand" Again
Millions of people use Kelley Blue Book every year to try and get a sense of what their used vehicles are worth either as a trade-in or as a straight-up private sale, but KBB is more than just a respected online valuation tool. Part of the KBB team is Kelley Blue Book Strategic Insights, a branch that looks very closely not only at what all those vehicles are worth but how consumers are reviewing them. Essentially, they want to collect as much data as possible to get their thumb on the industry, and once a year’s worth of data collection is complete they sort through it and dole out their Brand Image Awards.

Honda Documentary Series Honors N600
While Honda has a rich and interesting history spanning decades, the automaker got its start here in the United States back in 1969 with the Honda N600, and that small, Japanese-made model was interesting and ground-breaking enough then to help initiate a revolution in the automotive world. Consumers found themselves leaning more toward those smaller autos rather than the gigantic boat-shaped ones produced by the manufacturers in Detroit, and it was through that early success that Honda made its mark in the U.S.

Honda Models Among Top Family Vehicles
When it comes to purchasing a new automobile for a family, most consumers narrow their options to a couple of choices: enjoy the spaciousness and huge cargo space of a minivan, or go for the aesthetics and maneuverability of an SUV. While a lot of what goes into a decision like that is the tastes of the buyer, we here at Pacific Honda feel confident in saying that every single SUV and minivan we currently sell would make for a great family automobile, and we’re incredibly happy to say that U.S. News & World Report agrees with us, as they just included the 2016 Honda CR-V, 2016 Honda HR-V, 2016 Honda Pilot and 2016 Honda Odyssey on their list of the 2016 Best Cars for Families.

New Honda Civic Among Quickest Non-Performance Cars
Before the current iteration of the car, consumers have not typically looked at the Honda Civic as a performance vehicle. In some ways that could change a bit with some of the new styles of 2016 Honda Civic being released over the course of the next several months, but historically, California drivers have been content to accept the sedan as a modest, efficient, and safe automobile.

2013 Honda Fit Earns J.D. Power Dependability Segment
New cars get all of the attention, and for good reason. Pixar is working on their fourth “Toy Story” movie to remind us that the newest, shiniest toys are the ones human beings naturally gravitate toward. Of course, those movies also tell us that it’s important not to forget the wonderful toys of the past, and in the automotive world that idea is reinforced annually by the J.D. Power & Associates Dependability Study.

2016 Honda Civic Offers Redesigned Center Console
We’ve talked a lot about the all-new 2016 Honda Civic over the course of the last couple of months, but to be fair, so have a lot of other publications, mostly because everything about the newest iteration of the best-selling Honda model ever brings so many positive and interesting things to the table. It looks cooler than it ever has, it offers more technology than it ever has, and it offers more drivetrain and trim options than it ever has, all of which are worthy of praise. But do you know what hasn’t gotten nearly enough attention so far in terms of this Civic upgrade? The redesigned center console.

Five Honda Models Named U.S. News "Best Buys"
One of the most amazing things about Honda as a brand is its ability to string together a ton of excellent features for prices that are surprisingly reasonable. That’s not an easy thing to do as the hottest new technologies and most lavish creature comforts tend to be the sorts of things that add cost onto the overall price of a vehicle, but Honda continues to provide an equitable balance between the sticker and the features, and for that reason U.S. News and World Report recently included the 2016 Honda HR-V, 2016 Honda Civic, 2016 Honda Pilot, 2016 Honda Odyssey and 2016 Honda Fit on this year’s “Best Cars for the Money” list.
