Three Honda Models Among Year's Best Sellers

These days, there are undoubtedly a plethora of really respectable automakers in the world doing some really nice things with their vehicles. None of them, however, are having quite the year that Honda is having in terms of sales, thanks to three standout models that prove how desirable the brand has become to consumers all over the country.


More specifically, when sales numbers were released for the first half of the 2014 calendar year, certain models really stood out as having performed especially well in the sales department. In fact, among the top-ten best-selling vehicles of 2014 (so far), three of them were Honda models, including the 2014 Honda Accord, 2014 Honda Civic and 2014 Honda CR-V.

Of the top ten vehicles sold in the U.S. over the first six months of the year, Honda was the only automaker to boast three models on the list. One other automaker had two appear, and the other five were models built by different brands. This, we feel, speaks volumes about how people value the Accord, Civic and CR-V, and we’re proud for the part we’ve played in making those big numbers happen.

If you’re in the market for a crossover, the CR-V is fun, efficient and loaded with great features; if you’re thinking a family sedan, it’s hard to do better than the technologically-advanced and reliable Accord; those in need of an ultra-efficient compact sedan with loads of drivetrain options should try their hand at the Civic. All of these are great models, and it’s out hope that all three remain in the top ten by year’s end!
