2014 Honda Odyssey HondaVAC

It’s no secret that Honda has truly added something special to the minivan market with the 2014 Odyssey—At least it won’t be a secret for long. September 3rd marks the dawn of a new stage in Honda’s plan to engage consumers with high-quality ad content worthy of their high-quality automobiles.
Highlighting the voices of television stars like Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) and Rainn Wilson (The Office), Honda has rolled out broadcast spots heralding the arrival of the 2014 Honda Odyssey and one of its most-family friendly features, the world’s first in-vehicle vacuum cleaner known as the HondaVACTM. Three initial spots have been released, each centering on the plight of computer-animated child snack causalities facing the carpet-cleaning power of the HondaVACTM. Honda’s new commercials coincide with a fresh tagline that will accompany all levels of advertising going forward. The tagline, “Start Something Special,” emphasizes Honda’s commitment to designing vehicles with people’s needs in mind. Honda knows families better than any other manufacturer, and the 2014 Odyssey comes packed with convenient features. In addition to the in-van vacuum new for 2014, the Honda Odyssey maintains popular options such fold-out cool box capable of keeping six 12-ounce beverage cans chilled and center console trash-bag ring to keep all used wrappers and empty cups off the floor and ready for disposal. Whether it be extraordinary innovation or common sense solutions, Honda intends to start and re-start year after year to give owners what they deserve in an automobile—Not just a way to get from A to B, but rather something positively special.
